Materials

Nubuck leather

The outer material of the Meindl Vakuum Lady Fit II Wide is made of nubuck leather. Nubuck leather comes from the lightly sanded top layer of the animal hide. Sanding makes the leather feel softer, increases breathability and gives the leather a velvety appearance. Nubuck leather can be waxed, but it can also be left untreated.
