This walking shoe falls under the category A/B walking shoes. These shoes are slightly more flexible than category B walking shoes and somewhat firmer than category A walking shoes. The outer material of this walking shoe is made of suede. Suede comes from the base of the animal hide. It has a velvety appearance and a soft feel. Suede can be waxed, but it can also be left untreated.

GORE-TEX®

The Belorado II Mid Bunion contains a GORE-TEX® membrane. The GORE-TEX® membrane ensures that the Belorado II Mid Bunion is waterproof, but breathable. This keeps your feet dry while walking.

The Hanwag Belorado II Mid Bunion GTX has a bunion last. The bunion last has been specially developed for people with hallux valgus. A hallux valgus is a deformity of the big toe. The big toe is skewed towards the other toes. This creates a lump on the outside of the big toe, also called a bunion. This bunion can cause a lot of pain when pressure is applied, for example when wearing shoes. The bunion last gives extra space to the joint of the big toe and thus prevents pain complaints while wearing the Belorado II Mid Bunion.

Insole

This walking shoe has a standard insole from Hanwag. This is a quick-drying, removable insole that contributes to extra comfort while walking. The Hanwag standard insole is also available separately in our store and on our website . We also sell custom insoles that provide additional support.

The outsole developed by Hanwag provides good grip and stability while walking. This Multifilm Light sole ensures a good settlement of the foot. The profile of the sole has been developed in such a way that it gives a good grip and does not hold any mud or soil.
