The Sidas Foam With Pads relieves the forefoot and ensures optimum comfort. When placing the Met Pad, the insole of the shoe should be removed and the Met Pad placed in the center of the insole facing forward. After that, the insole with the placed Met Pad can be put back in the shoe.
