Our Women’s Geon Jacket is an extremely versatile piece of clothing. On the one hand, it offers accessible winter comfort for quick cold weather walks, scrambling and climbing. On the other hand, the polyester based, Thermic™ stretch fleece construction allows it to function as well as a fast acting insulator for early summer starts and cool rest periods. The jacket has a flexible fit and good breathability. Other key features include a pair of discreet, harness-resistant zipped hand pockets and an easy-to-open, full-length YKK® front zip.

With its easily flexible athletic shape and low-profile flatlock seams, the Geon Jacket will fit comfortably, keeping you warm and dry during all your outdoor activities.

Polyester

Polyester is a synthetic material made from petroleum. It is a durable, smooth fabric that feels soft. In addition, it is lightweight, does not need to be ironed and dries quickly. A disadvantage of polyester is that it does not absorb moisture well and is not very warm.

Elastane

Elastane is a synthetic fiber that is exceptionally elastic. Due to its great stretch, but at the same time its sturdiness, it distinguishes itself from other synthetic fabrics. For example, it is stronger and more durable than rubber, but also much lighter. Elastane is very lightweight and is therefore very suitable when you are going to do activities. Elastane also offers a lot of room to move because it is so elastic, without losing the fit.
