Description
The Meindl Houston GTX is suitable for walks in nature and in the city, but can also be used very well for daily activities. The outer material of the Houston GTX is made of suede. Suede comes from the base of the animal skin. It has a velvety appearance and soft to the touch. Suede can be waxed, but it can also be left untreated.

The outer material of the Houston GTX is made of mesh. Mesh is a synthetic material that is made in different shapes. Due to the use of mesh, the shoe is light, flexible and the breathability is high.
GORE-TEX ®
The Houston contains a GORE-TEX ® membrane. The GORE-TEX ® membrane ensures that these hiking boots are waterproof, yet breathable. This keeps your feet dry while walking.
insole
The Houston GTX has a removable insole from Meindl. This insole contributes to extra walking comfort and is also available separately. We also sell custom insoles that provide extra support.
