The Highest Peak Jacket is a men’s jacket from Jack Wolfskin. This wind- and waterproof all-weather jacket is ideal for walks. The special TEXACORE ECOSPHERE PRO technology not only ensures this wind and water resistance, but also very good breathability of 15,000 g/m²/24hrs. This jacket also has a hood, which can be adjusted using a drawstring and two side pockets. In addition, there are zippers under the armpits, which can provide ventilation during more intensive activities. The Jack Wolfskin Highest Peak Jacket has a regular fit, weighs 430 grams (size M) and is made of 100% recycled polyester.

Materials

Recycled polyester

Polyester is a synthetic material made from petroleum. It is a durable, smooth fabric that feels soft. In addition, it is lightweight, does not need to be ironed and dries quickly. The outer material consists of recycled PET bottles and is completely PFC-free. The membrane is Zero Waste! The membrane is made from the cutting residues from production. This means no more waste is created. And the lining of the TEXAPORE ECOSPHERE jackets also consists of completely recycled material and is certified according to the Global Recycling Standard.

PFC-free

The Jack Wolfskin Highest Peak men’s jacket is produced without the use of environmentally polluting fluorocarbons (PFCs). The use of PFCs in textile finishing ensures that clothing becomes water, dirt and grease repellent. The Jack Wolfskin Highest Peak men’s jacket uses an alternative finish without the use of PFCs. This makes the product water and dirt repellent. Only an oil-repellent effect cannot currently be achieved with a PFC-free finish.
