The Fjällräven High Coast Zip-Off Wedding Trousers are specially designed for outdoor activities where low weight is important. The High Coast Zip-Off owes its name to the fact that these women’s pants can easily be worn as shorts because the zipper above the knees zips off the legs.

The G-1000 Lite material ensures that sweat is easily removed. The pants also wear out less quickly because this material is quite sturdy. The wax coating provides the trousers with partial water-resistant properties. It is not suitable for persistent rain showers. In addition, the High Coast Zip-Off has double belt loops at the back, through which a belt fits. These women’s pants also have pre-shaped knees, a normal waist and a regular fit.

G-1000 material

G-1000 is a fabric developed by FjällRäven itself. It’s a classic that allows you to brave different activities and climates all year round, from the tropics to the polar regions. The fabric consists of 65% polyester and 35% cotton that are woven closely together. This substance was then treated with Greenland Wax. This combination makes G-1000 a popular outdoor fabric and has a number of practical properties:

• Durable: G-1000 fabric from FjällRäven is very durable and therefore long-lasting. In addition, it is lightweight.

• Water repellent: Thanks to the Greenland Wax, clothing with G-1000 can withstand short rain showers or moisture. In addition, it is quick-drying.

• Windproof: FjällRäven clothing with G-1000 is almost completely windproof. If you impregnate it with Greenland Wax, you are completely protected against wind.

• Breathability: An important property of G-1000 is high breathability. This means that your body stays nice and dry, even during strenuous activities.

• UV protection: Thanks to G-1000 you are almost completely protected from the sun’s rays, reducing the risk of burns.

• Mosquito-Proof: The tightly woven fabrics keep mosquitoes and other flying insects away. Ideal if you are in the mountains, the forest or in a warm climate. Note: G-1000 Lite is not mosquito proof.
