About the Antilope Outdoor Backroller City panniers

The Antilope Outdoor Backroller City panniers from Ortlieb are handy panniers suitable for both longer bike rides and shorter trips. This polyester pannier comes in a set of 2 and is easy to attach using the Quick-Lock1 system. The Antilope Outdoor Backroller City panniers are waterproof and have reflectors so you can always count on your pannier! If these 2 panniers are not enough for you, you can attach additional Ortlieb panniers through the slots on the pannier. Before use, it is important to set the Quick-Lock hook distance with an Allen key.

Characteristics

De Aqua Back Single is een achterfietstas van Vaude. Deze tas is zeer geschikt voor allerlei verschillende fietstochten. Van dagtochten tot lange fietsvakanties. De tas heeft een ruim hoofdvak, waarin gemakkelijk allerlei reisbenodigdheden meegenomen kunnen worden. De waterdichte rolsluiting is naar boven en naar onderen afsluitbaar, waardoor de inhoud van de tas gemakkelijk te bereiken is. Verder is de schouderband afneembaar en heeft de tas een reflecterend logo. Daarnaast heeft deze fietstas een QMR- (Quick Mount Release) Systeem, waarmee deze tas gemakkelijk aan de fiets te bevestigen is. 

De Aqua Back Single is gemaakt van 100% polyester, weegt 970 gram en heeft een volume van 24L. Verder is deze fietstas 27cm lang, 33cm breed en 19cm diep. Hij heeft een capaciteit van 12kg.

Polyester

Polyester is een synthetisch materiaal dat gemaakt wordt uit aardolie. Het is een duurzame, gladde stof die zacht aanvoelt. Daarnaast is het licht van gewicht, hoeft het niet gestreken te worden en droogt het snel. Een nadeel van polyester is dat het vocht niet goed opneemt en niet erg warm is.

Green Shape

Het Green Shape label geeft aan dat producten met dit label bestaan uit milieuvriendelijke materialen die dankzij het bluesign® systeem energiebesparend zijn verwerkt, zonder bedenkelijke substanties. Het label staat voor producten die functioneel zijn, milieu- en sociaal vriendelijk geproduceerd zijn en die gemaakt zijn van duurzame materialen. In de producten zijn klimaatvriendelijke alternatieven gebruikt voor aardolie, zoals hennep, biokatoen en bio-kunststoffen. 

PFC vrij/Eco Finish

De Vaude Aqua Back Single is geproduceerd zonder het gebruik van milieuverontreinigende fluorkoolstoffen (PFC’s). Het gebruik van PFC’s in de textielafwerking zorgt ervoor dat kleding water-, vuil- en vetafstotend wordt. In deze fietstas is er gebruik gemaakt van een alternatieve afwerking zonder het gebruik van PFC’s. Hierdoor is het product water- en vuilafstotend. Alleen een olie-afstotende werking kan momenteel nog niet bereikt worden met een PFC-vrije afwerking.

Fair Wear Foundation

Fair Wear Foundation zet zich in voor betere arbeidsomstandigheden. Hiervoor hebben ze een gedragscode ontwikkeld. Bedrijven die aangesloten zijn bij Fair Wear Foundation moeten zich inzetten om de arbeidsomstandigheden te verbeteren.

A fine, lightweight nylon weave with a silky soft feel. The diagonal weave structure with ripstop function offers high abrasion resistance. The PU coating provides excellent water resistance and makes the seams particularly durable.

De Green Oil Agent Apple 300ml is een biologische afbreekbare ontvetter. Deze olie is speciaal gemaakt om fietsonderdelen te ontvetten. De olie is zo sterk dat het 3 keer hergebruikt kan worden. Het enige wat u hoeft te doen is teruggieten in de fles. Door de Green Oil Agent Apple gaat uw fietsketting er weer uit zien als nieuw.

De Green Oil Bamboo Detail Borstel is gemaakt voor het schoonmaken van de fiets. Ook moeilijk bereikbare plekken van de fiets kunnen goed schoongemaakt worden met deze borstel. Het handvat van de Green Oil Bamboo Detail Borstel is gemaakt van bamboe. De sterke haren van de borstel zijn gemaakt van bio plastisch nylon. 

The Green Oil chain lubricant extends the life of your chain and reduces friction for a smoother ride. The chain lube contains N-Toc, a specially refined plant extract to increase durability, extending the time between applications. Green Oil can also be used for cables, brakes, bicycle locks and other lubrication applications.

How is green oil green? Green Oil does not use PTFE or petrochemicals, only natural ingredients. Green Oil also does not use palm oil. All ingredients are sustainably produced. Green Oil uses plant-based ingredients, natural molecules with similar long-chain molecules found in petrochemicals. The mixture used is sticky enough to stay on the chain, but not so that sticky excess dirt sticks to it.
