Maintenance:

Knife:

To properly maintain the Barebones Paring Knife, it is important to keep the knife dry. After use, apply a thin layer of oil to the blade which will continuously protect the blade. We recommend regularly wiping the knife clean of dirt, water and fingerprints. When necessary, the blade can be sharpened.

Leather cover:

To clean the cover, you can remove the dirt by using a brush. When necessary, you can use lukewarm water and then wrap the cover in a dry towel and let it dry this way.

The Nakiri knife is inspired by a classic Japanese vegetable knife. The knife is a perfect blend of the versatility of a chef’s knife and the blunt shape of a cleaver. The square shape of the knife makes it suitable for chopping and slicing tricky vegetables. The large stainless steel blade is sharp, strong and splinter resistant.
