The Meindl Borneo Lady 2 MFS hiking shoe has a sturdy Vibram Multigriff outsole. The profile consists of different parts, so that you have a very firm grip on rocks, loose surfaces, descents and also lateral stability. This makes this a versatile hiking shoe that is suitable for demanding hikes in hilly areas, as well as for simple trekking tours in the mountains. Finally, the Meindl Borneo Lady 2 MFS has a separate Air-Active Drysole footbed that absorbs moisture, provides support to the foot and ensures a comfortable foot climate.
Vibram soles
Vibram soles are lightweight, durable, strong and offer a lot of grip. These outsoles consist of four layers:
A) Insulating and breathable insole
B) PU midsole light in weight
C) Midsole for extra stability
D) Vibram sole: non-slip, grippy and very strong

MFSystem
Meindl’s MFSystem means Memory Foam System: this means that the insole of the shoe adapts 100% to your foot and is therefore extremely comfortable. This is due to the specially designed foam combination that accurately adapts to the shape of the foot due to body temperature.
